i was wondering can a couple live without a car in new york? moving soon..it just strikes me as odd that he thinks thre’s no need for a car. has a bike though but

Absolutely. In fact I would recommend it especially if you're living in Manhattan. Subway, Buses, and taxis are always within reach. Car parking is seriously expensive and quite the hassle.
