Car stereo with SD Card, USB and audio input

A few months ago someone was asking if there was someway to sync the car stereo with playlist on the PC or something like that. Well, obviously somone had a similar idea. Check out this head unit by Roadmaster:

sick sick sick! I've been looking for something like this for long time!

I want some better company to come out with car stereo which will also have like usb flash drive input...just plug it in and play da songs. I don't it would be too hard to make something like dat for a bigger company :)

Roadmaster is an okay company, been in business for a while.
