car mp3 player

Has anyone used any of those mp3 players which are Rf enabled and broadcast the music directly to your car radio so you dont have to actually install an mp3 player in teh car?

These are quite kewl because they function as portable walkman type thing as well as for teh car.

any experiences or products that you have tried? I def would want something on which I can download songs easily from my computer, and that holds a substantial time of music.

No, they r not available over here yet :)
But a friend of mine did buy a Car mp3 player of pioneer I think with an inter HD of 20 Gig :). Just push a button and eject the HD, connect thru USB to the Computer and fill it up :)
the click it back in your car :)

worked great, perhaps u should think of something like this, and a seperate portable player

The Apple Ipod does not use RF technology, but I find it's system ingenious. You purchase the iPod, then get an adaptor that you stick into the casette player. You got yourself mp3 on the go. They even teamed with VW to make a VW iPod edition.

this cassette method is quite old. the new nissan sentra comes with a cd/radio player with an AUX jack in front. this is the best method, but dunno why its not more popular, and not present in other cars.

you can get Min Cha brand MP3/CD player for Car for around US$130.

for TOP brands offcourse you will pay Top $$$.

For 20 Gig HDD , thats a brilliant idea :) i like it.
