Why would you change spark-plugs in the first place ? were you diagnosed with spark-plug failures ? Usually the new types and models are fitted with high-teck S-plugs require change over 80k Service maintenance and that also with your “Tune-up” package including new wiring harness etc.
And new wiring DOES makes a huge difference you can feel !
