are you selling? or buying? mazda aint the best when it comes to quality. for 6300 - they / u will get a very good deal. if you are buying - make sure you check it out with a mechanic you trust.

I would be the potential buyer. I dont really know which cars are good in terms of quality, but I am looking for a car in that price range. I've always owned american make cars, never ventured into other ones, but am considering it now.

a 1998 mazda is a fairly reliable car. carpoint gives a 98 mazda 626 a 5 out of 5, same rating it gives to the desi usuals accord and camry.

the price range is also fair, depending on what condition the car is in.

noooooooooooooooooooooo plz dont!!!!
Too many problems.... very hard to work on...expensiver parts then honda or toyota!! I repeat...stay away from mazda v8 below products!

get a toyota camry or a nissan maxima or a honda accord instead :p

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, and thanks for the link Fraudz.

I have decided not to go with this car.

Furqan, those models are way too pricey for my little budget. grin

German all the way, no japanese nor any american, germasn are the best,

Mercedes, BMW, Audi

You need $$$ to buy a car silly.

actually - no. a 95-99 maxima is among the best used cars to buy. will cost you about the same as that 626. dont go for the accord, its a whimp - although it looks good.

Many of my friends have Maxima's. I personally dont care much for the car myself. Any other suggestions? Thanks. smile

I personally like Mazdas - my freind had a 92 626 for like 7 years - we used to work on it ourselves - it was a neat car by all aspects - how come you say its junk... Every car is a different one from the other...

Anyways just my 0.02 $
