OMG!!..just saw it from my balcony .. a black guy stole Dodge Charger 2006, right in front of the owner…and poor owner couldnt do anything but scream.. it was horrrrible !!!.. the thief first get in the car and luckily another visitor came and the owner asked this visitor to block him.. he did .. and the thief got off the car and started running.. at the same time the visitor parked his car.. the theif came back and stole the car.. damn!! it was aweful !!.. the owner was cryyyyyyyying!!!
