quite honestly, he surprised me in the match against Australia after not tightening the field around the batsmen when singles needed to be stopped. I still remember a test match where India was slated to win and Younis took over as skipper for half the day's proceedings and it was his field placements that won Pakistan the match. I was expecting to see a similar Younis in the last eight to ten overs of the Aus innings but was disappointed.
In today's match, he also lacked vibrancy in the field.
That being said, he can't be sacked just yet.
