For some reason CapsLock and shift key has stop responding to my request. It wont let me type anything in capital letters. I have uninstall the drivers and reinstall them, still no luck. Is there anything else I should do? I desperately need help

Besides, keyboards do not need any drivers, they are plug and play devices; I wonder which drivers you uninstalled and reinstalled:o
