How do you deal with people who are cantankerous? Are there any such people around you? I have lots of them around me, but they are difficult to handle.
Just a reference: Cantankerous people are ill mannered, ill tempered people who are quarrelsome in nature and are always picking fights with other people.. Even when there is no reason.

Yes that is a good thing to do, as you do not want to be a hypocrite. However i am not saying you point fingers at anyone. I am asking how to deal with such people :) ..

first i was gonna say tell them off but then the fight will never end so now i say just ignore them..

Alright but what if in daily life you bump into them all the time, what if this someone is uni and in ur friend circle then?
^ then just make an excuse like oh i gotta go here /there wherever..so that u will be wiht them for least amount of time..avoid them like plague..delete them off msn..and sure enough after a while they will ge tthe point!:)

Yesh yesh that is all right but sometimes these people are the third one..
like for example this girl i am talking about she is very close to my bestfriend, my bff knows that i hate her but because she knows my bestfriend i cannot completely ignore her as i see her in university and my bestfriend's house etc....
sometimes it is really hard to ignore such people.

Hire someone to assassinate them :CareBear:, there is no other way to get rid of these buggers in that kind of scenario.
I am just kidding. What else one can do , they did not invent this kind of vanishing cream either which you can apply to them and they vanish.
Now that's a million dollar idea.
