Can't we just be happy with being "Pakistani"

And not go into long explainations as to how “My ancestors migrated from Turkey/Russia/Arabia/Iran back in the 16th century”? Do you think that gora you are trying to explain this to actually cares? He was probably just asking where you were born.

You wanna know a secret? People from those countries don’t like you at all, and would rather not have you telling people you share the same blood line as them.

And exactly how does migrating from another place 5 centuries ago actually make you part of that place? 50 years is understanable, but 5 centuries is just crazy. But no, since those places have more “light skinned” people, we must feel proud of that place, and mention that on every single occassion.

Oh and, just because you are pathan, that doesn’t mean your ancestors are from Russia because “that general area was once part of Russia”

While Pakis are busy doing this, Indian are busy trying to prove to others that they are the real Aryans.

End of Rant.

Re: Can't we just be happy with being "Pakistani"

Exactly, nobody cares, to White people everyone from North Africa to Bangladesh is the same race anyway.

Besides they're that mixed with the locals, they're hardly different, even if nowadays they only interbreed, their ancestors all married the local women. Most of them are bull****ters anyway, lies were passed from generation to generation.

Another extreme I hate is when people start propogating this pan-Desi/South Asian thing, I'm nothing to do with India, I'm a Pashtun (fcuk Russia), Pakistan is a recent phenomenon anyway and doesn't make much of a difference to the culture/identity of my people if it was or was not, hate Urdu being imposed on my people because it makes them same as Indians, likewise a Punjabi should just be proud of their culture and culturally they only really have anything in common with East Punjab not the rest fo India or Pakistan.

TDW…love your nick…

Anyhow, to common country bumpkin pork eatin gora…
its simple…
there are two colors
White

but unfortunately I won’t agree about the rest of the educated ones…they are all not like that…
and
Yes when an American ask you “so …where are you from ?”

he/she just means…
“can you name the doghouse that you ran out of?”
meaning if you tell them Arcadia (California) becuase that is where you live right now or Detroit (Michigan) they are quite satisfied…
and for those curious intellectuals who will go on to ask"…no I mean where are you originally from ? then you should just say Pakistan.
They don’t want to know KArachi , Orangi town gali no. pandra or
my dada was from Uzbekistan…
yep yep yep
