honestly im never a fan of limited edition MAC stuff, they look tempting when they come out but the colors are usually not that great, and/or are very, very similar to a shade they already have, limited edition also has cheap packaging and is just a money making scheme from MAC. Once in a while some colors are good such as their skinfinish “whisper of gilt.” which is still selling for a lot of money on ebay. just be careful don’t fall into the gimmick!

I have been disappointed at LE packages for the past few years. And the colors aren’t any special either. Even with this cinderella packaging…IMO it looks cheap. 
The worst is when they put a color they already have, like backtrack fluidline, in a LE collection! 
They need to focus on quality over quantity. Instead of releasing LE collection every few weeks, they need to do 3-4 per year BUT get creative with colors and work on making packaging more sophisticated.
I so agree! I used to buy every mac collection then stopped. Just annoying how they just put old shades im le packaging and charge a premium grr
