this happened wid me 3 days back, n i actually read 5 Parahs. not kidding.
neend nahi aani hoti to nahi aaeygi, jab tak u dun get tired u wont feel sleepy. thora workout karo, neend aajaeyga. sara din net use kernay ki jagah ghar ke kaam kerlia karo to raat ko araam sey so kaengay!!!

MashaAllah!Allah ku tumhara Qurran prhna acha lag rha ho ga neend nahi ai tum ny swab kma liya. Lagt ahy ham jyson ka Qurran prhna bhi Allah ku ziada pasand nahi ataa tu kehta hy jao jaldi sy so jao, Frishrton sula do acha nahi prh rahy:)

Allah loves us 70 times more than our bilogical mother, HE does not differentiate among any human, unless some is mor epious …
plus He gives something more to some one but takes something away from them to make it balance, because Allah is THE Ultimate Justice… He knows what we have in our hearts, He do not go by our actions but Niyya’t…
Always say Allah tera shukar for every thing, no matter you get or you lose, because every thing comes from Allah, and we have to accpet it as Order of Allah …

i still cant sleep! i tried counting sheep! didnt work! gup shup tv nothing helps!
i am an insomniac! apparently if you warm milk up it has certain chemicals or whatever that make you sleepy! sometimes i take a warm shower, light some nice candles, make myself a nice cup of chamomile tea (chamomile also helps you sleep) and then try to sleep! i will say if nothing else it does help me realx alot!!! but unfortunately most times doesnt help me fall asleep.
reading sura's does help..though takes a really long time before i can fall asleep
