Can't sign in to msn live messenger

I get an error message saying your contact list isn’t available. One of the
solutions is to go to tools-advanced-security and clear the box for “server
certificate revocation”. I clear the box, restart the laptop only to come back
to find it checked again. I have done it about a million times now. Any help???

I had this issue before...

Try reinstalling the software and a power reboot. :D

REboot your wireles router/internet modem, whatever connects you to the internet. :D

Try system restore?

See if windows firewall is not running/enabled.

With MSN, isn't there an older version you can revert back to? See if that works for you Sajal.
