Dunno why, but i cant attach attachments!
the list below the post thingy says “You cannot post attachments”.
is there some minimum no. of posts that you havta reach before you can post attachments?

no...you just can't post attatchments on the forum. the option is not enabled anywehre.
what kind of file are you trying to attach? if it's an image file use the image upload

Oaky, but how do you make pics 'appear' in the post you post them in?
when you use the image upload which you will see on the right side of the page:
so you click on that image upload and a new window will pop-up and you will see this window [click on thumb nails to open them in regular window below]:
So you will copy paste the text with the pink background
which will be like:
and it will show as

Pallav, what do you mean by pic is not found on the server, if you get upto second image that AQ posted, your picture is already on server
Videos cannot be uploaded on our servers, they can only be embedded. So you can embed youtube or google videos. for instance
You can read 'How to' in video forum or PM AQ

HHmm..go to the Himesh makeover thread in World Entertainment, there it shows that the pic was not found on the server.

well i followed each and every step in the ‘how to’ thread in the video section, and it even appeared as it was in the post, but the video doesnt appear!

are teh pictures from you GS album? don't use the album to post pics in the forums. Use the Image Upload button on to your right...see the quickie bar...now look for the text "Image Upload"
you had php] tag around the original tags… you do not need those PHP tags when posting the video… The video was fixed earlier.

no space between them…
you can use [yt ]code/ yt]
or [youtubevid ]code /youtubevid]
without spaces
I have also tested that if you post the whole url **with **http:// included for youtube, it will render into a [youtubevid ] code itself…
