at times, we feel that in life, we cannot open up to anybody around us & only God.
is this an age thing 25 - 30+?
are we so stressed in this time period for our multiple new beginnings - career, marriage, aging parents, growing siblings, a birth of a child, a sense of affiliation or no affiliation with the country we live in, our religion, or inability to live out in a personal retreat, & the consequent frustration or anger?
is that the reason why we become over-whelmed, that we begin to lose all interest in life?
if we encounter an impasse’ in our loved ones, family members, at graduate school/ college or at work, how are we supposed to stay strong in ourselves ?
what strength of nerves do we need to sustain this sad fact of life?
I am going thru all these things, i have aging parents, who have started to show up signs of age related health problems, who are palnning retirement, gong thru frustration in my career bcoz of discrimination and am expecting a new baby.
I gain strength from my lovely children, their love keeps me going.
I have habit of not sharing my problems with my family memebrs. I just think that when they can't do anything about it, why bother them. At times this habit has also been a source of frustration for me and my family. As i see others whinning about their problems and i say why can't they solve their problems by themselves like i do.

You are right Dushwari Ji, it happens to the best of us and at all ages, those moments of frustration, when you think No one understands you, you feel like becoming a turtle and sit inside your own little Universe cut out from the rest of the World around you.....:(
