neurofibramatosis is genetic, sometimes it arises spontaneously with no family history, due to genetic mutations before you are even born, anyone of us can easily have the disorder as the next person. its not really a debilitating disease, just ugly and very much in-your-face than something sinister and hidden. These people deserve moral support. Not everyone has the courage to do that.
