cannot see images

Hi

I cannot see any images when I go into the Image Gallery, even when I am logged in. How do I view them? thanks

what browser are you using? internet explorer, netscape navigator, aol, opera, somethin else? do u get a blank space with no red x? or a broken image icon?

I use Internet Explorer. For some images, I get the white boxes with red x. Others where it says Click above, theres just blank space above it.

actually i am getting the Red x's for all of them. It just says "Items downloading" at bottom of screen, and then the X's appear.

ok...what version of internet explorer are u using?

ez way to check that is to open up internet explorer, click on "help" on the top menu, and then "about internet explorer"

if its version 6.0 or higher, i'll tell u a few things to do...

first of all, delete your temporary internet files and cookies...in order to do that, again in the internet explorer window, click on "tools" on the top menu, and select "internet option"...u should be on the "general" tab...almost half way down that tab is a delete cookies buttion...click on that and click ok on the warning msg that pops up...right beside delete cookies is a delete files button...click on that, and checkmark the "delete all offline content" option, then click ok...once the temp files have been deleted, the mouse pointer will change back to the arrow...

then, click on the "advanced" tab in internet options (top right hand tab), scroll down to the "multimedia" section, and verify that "show pictures" is checkmarked in that section...if its not, checkmark it...then click on the "restore defaults" button right underneath that scrolling window...hit the apply button at the very bottom, then click ok, close out of internet explorer, open it again and try viewing the image gallery once more...

Hi

I followed your instructions and deleted the temp files and cookies. I checked the multimedia section, and "show pictures" was already checkmarked. I unchecked and checked it again, also restarted my computer, but I still cannot view the images. It was working about 2 days ago, I dont know what happened suddenly. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help

hmm i used another computer too and still cannot see the images. does anyone else (or did anyone else) have this problem and if so, how did you solve it? Thanksss
