Make some salmon and potato cakes by adding mashed potatoes to the chopped salmon,salt,tiny bit of garlic,salad onions,green chillis/coriander.You can also add some garam masala and ground zeera you want.If the potatoes are waxy,do not over process and you don't need to add anything else.If they are floury ones then dip in egg and bread crumbs.
Fry gently in a frying pan until golden....
Personally,I am allergic to sea food but my mumani makes these and everyone says they are delish..
