u already bot it? if u havent then i can give u a recipe for salmon fillets which are not really processed compared to canned salmon. i guess btw i havent tried it so use ur instinct..u can add a bit of salt, pepper and lemon to it ..wud tat work?

Make some salmon and potato cakes by adding mashed potatoes to the chopped salmon,salt,tiny bit of garlic,salad onions,green chillis/coriander.You can also add some garam masala and ground zeera you want.If the potatoes are waxy,do not over process and you don't need to add anything else.If they are floury ones then dip in egg and bread crumbs.
Fry gently in a frying pan until golden....
Personally,I am allergic to sea food but my mumani makes these and everyone says they are delish..

So I finally got around my canned salmon. I made a salmon melt sandwich and it was the salmon sandwich, I have had in a while. I should have taken a pic..oh well. Maybe next time.
At first i was very skeptical about the whole canned thing but now im in love with it. Salmon was so soft and tasty and best thing was that it didn't stink. Can't wait to stock more of it.
