Yes by many definitions it’s terrorism… using or creating an aspect of terror to gain publicity… you dont have to be armed to cause terror…
Here the Authorities were panicked becuase if a man armed with a spraycan can get in, who’s to stop a man wielding worse?
However i do thing a jailterm is a wee bit harsh… doubtless a tickle from ye old cane would be enough a lesson to suffice. :cobra:
