cancellation blues
Did u ever want to get together
with a few friends
just to find out later
they had to cancel all your plans
Well today was a day
i heard such sad news
i had everything planned,
every detail ready ,from my head to my shoes…
So what does one do
when feeling so low
all i can do
is turn on the tv and watch some old show…
But that cant cheer me up at all
so maybe ill grab my keys and go the mall…
I could buy a few things
and bring them home..
but what good will that do
theres no one home to show them too..
So here i will stay in my sad and gloom ,
no wait ,theres a reply to the new word game
maybe,just maybe,i wont stay so sad in my room..
and maybe just maybe..this will be a good day
