I’m sorry this is not the appropriate place to write but is there anyone who can guide me to the process of applying for Canadian immigration. You can reply on comment. Anyone whose done it recently probably…

Re: Canadian immigration
Yes, you can use the same website to download the application, along with the instructions. Print it out, go through it and fill it out. Same website will let you pay for the application fee as well. You will need a credit card. They will email you the receipt of payment.
If you understand English and know how to follow instructions - you shouldn't be needing to pay someone a hefty amount to file it for you. It is pretty straight-forward. I recently needed to go through it to sponsor someone. All the information you will need is there.
Re: Canadian immigration
Thanks a lot. I will look it up and print it.
If there's any assistance needed would it possible for you to help me? Gupper. Shupper
Re: Canadian immigration
make sure u gather documemts first. that takes forever.
Re: Canadian immigration
yes I can help guide you, and there are a lot of forums (canadavisa.com) where people can post and help each other with answers to questions about the process.
Best of Luck, although I would also advise you to try Australia as well (since Canada has recently changed its immigration system to resemble that of Australia's.) Try both and go wherever you first get the visa for.
Canada being close to USA is sometimes not so good (policy wise), Australia is better as its far away, and less harsh winters too
Re: Canadian immigration
Depends what you need help with because sponsorship is a little different from applying for immigration.
Get your documents ready, make sure everything is valid until a much later date. Anything expiring within 6 months, have it extended or reapply. Otherwise, they tend to send you a letter asking you to reapply and it may lengthen your process. Get yourself and your documents organized. Make CLEAR, highest quality photocopies of your docs where everything is easy to see and read. If need be, make notes in a diary of important things to keep in mind/contact numbers/address/questions etc
Go through all the sections relevant to you first, when you have time:

You can always contact the CIC call center as well during their business hours (can be a long wait so try to call them early in the morning when they open) or email them regarding your particular case and questions.
Re: Canadian immigration
CIC Call Centre is useless and unhelpful. Those agents are not familiar with, nor do they qualify to help you with the forms.
Trust me don't bother asking them, besides they are not accessible from outside Canada. They're only good for an application being processed WITHIN Canada.
As I said, use online forums for reference as there's a lot of people from every country applying and helping each other there.
Even Pakistan-related threads are present.
