Canada To USA Airfares

Thanks

Define economically reasonable, pls?

I got this mailer from Northwest, which I believe they sent to all their World Perks members. They offer $178 (round trip) between anywhere in America to Canada. I checked travelocity, and with 21 days advance booking its giving me $238 (round) for pretty much any day of the week. Ofcourse, I just checked from SFO to YYZ and back. Not vice versa.

Which part of US do you want to travel? That will drive the fare, obviously, as well as if you can purchase 21 days in advance.

I use the following sites to hunt for fares, in this order

  1. Travelocity.com
  2. Expedia.com
  3. Orbitz.com
  4. Cheaptickets.com
  5. Hotwire.com

And if the flight timings are flexible, then I enter 30% below the cheapest fare in any of the above into

  1. Priceline.com

Try your luck.

Drive... I took my friends RV all the way to Texas.....

if the trip is reasonably close, I have found the best site to be site59.com
You do need to order two services or more (hotel+airline or airline + car) but they generally have the very best prices on the short term trips (within the next three weeks).
