1- Can Allah/God/Ram/Supreme being assume or act on ‘ungodly’ acts?
2- For a good discussion, explain Godly and ‘Ungodly’ acts.

That did not clearly answer the question.

People think like that not me. I merely asked if this is possible my dear. A simple answer would have been no, fine.
But then why is that so many believe on it, because of limited thinking only? :)
Re: Can
If one is Muslim then I suggest that one should not even go into such 'waste of time' discussions ..for one .. because .. things may get said which are not intended but may be blasphemous ..and fall out of the folds of Islam ...
Re: Can
1). No, because ungodly acts would nullify the God status. You pretty much had the answer in your question.
2). Depends on the religion, but basically "ungodly" acts would be acts which are against the definition of God.

Well, if by God you means Zeus (and other gods) from Greek mythology, then yes. God can do all of that and be evil, all at the same time.

Yes this is the thought process which is advised.
This can be discussed in another time/another thread. :)
Iqbal wrote 'Shikwa' and he was considered blesphemous. Then he wrote 'Jawaabe Shikwa'.

You mentioned the deinition of God. Fine.
What defines God, Godly acts, Ungodly acts?

Why blame just "greek mythology" ?
There are other religions which believe on these acts committed by God, not as mythology.
Walking on earth, on water, having sexcual act on earth with woman is evil? You probably meant 'ungodly' I think. Right?
Re: Can
^Not blaming Greek mythology there. Just an example.
Re: Can
WOW
as above respected memebers have said… clearly shows where a human mind can go ![]()
Well, as far as answering the topic is concerned then WITH DUE RESPECT, Allah **CANNOT **be compared to any other gods…
that’s first and final!!!

What defines God, Godly acts, Ungodly acts?
Dude, doesn't the term "UNGODLY" itself ring a bell in your head?
Which definition do you want? The Christian, Islamic or Hindu definition???

Dude, you are contradicting yourself here.
First you said "UNGODLY" term has some kind of universal meaning that even by hearing this word, the bell should ring.
Then you say which definition do you want? :)
List Godly and Ungodly acts please however you believe.

Asking a valid question is not idiocy Korn66. It was a question and a question based on fact. Not a suggestion, not an agreement, and nor it was meant as a disrespect.
Read Quran, God almighty says he did not have an offspring to negate it for a reason. Have you heard of term begotten?

I am disappointed that you felt the need to edit this post, korn666. diwana wasn't talking about "Allah" but the concepts of God. There are many concepts that surround us. What he said stems from such concepts of Gods.
Also, this is not the Religion section. This IS the Philosophy section. It was wrong of you to edit this post.
