I get my id changed? Have seen it happen with “philanthrope” or something similar.

The only reason Philanthrope changed her nick was because the administration asked her to. We asked her to because her older nick was something like p{-}@rm@cist or something like that made up of characters that were causing some problems. That's why the administration asked her to change her nick.
