you forgot OBL was not an illegal alien in Pakistan but seems to have been well cared for guest with a nice mansion 800 feet or meters from your military academy so that he does not lack for any amenities. Accommodations for several of his wives, couriers to do his bidding etc.

Just because it was close to the Military Academy, does not mean the Academy Staff were regular visitors or friends…Osama and his Family do not speak Hindko, and the locals or any one in the academy do not speak Arabic. Pakistan ISI had informed of suspicious activity of couriers back in 2009 to the CIA, no one guessed that Osama would be in that location.

Pakistan is not a Police State like some of our Nieghbors, no one bothers people if they do not do any thing to bother them especially Nieghbors!
