Unlikely. Work permit was granted for what? Post study work visa.. or? But anyway unless he has a job/job offer in the UK, they are not just going to give him another visa.
Why did you guys not apply for a spouse visa after you got married and then get indefinite leave to remain? There is pretty much nothing you can do now since neither of you are living in the UK. The only way he can apply for a spouse visa now is if you are settled in the UK etc and he would be joining you. He then has to live there, permanently for 2 years before applying for ILR.
Face it nadz, you guys are going to be living in Pak.
I am surprised you did not get at least ILR before moving back to Pak. Even if you are living there, I'm sure you will want to visit the UK and it's going to be a pain in the butt getting him a visa every time now.

lol.... I think you should stop arguing with him about moving back to UK now. Why didn't you guys apply for his change of status when you were in UK?
