How come I haven't seen any difference in how my clothes fit me? :( I only noticed that I have been less stressed and have more stamina to run. Nothing changed on the scale, or any measurements. It seems like it will take a LOT of work for me to see a change in my stupid fat storage areas.
What are you doing and how long have you been doing it? Everyone has different levels of endurance. Some people see results in a week and some in 3 weeks.
For the most part, do NOT even expect a change until you have been doing something for at least a month.
BTW, it is impossible to lose fat from a particular body part. You need to control your calories and do lots of aerobic exercises like running and cycling to see any difference.
