I have heard our parents say… beta itna tajarba ho gaya hai kay ab hum sab samjhtay haen…
Can you really judge someone by just looking at him/her?
Does your judgement have to be based on a picture perfect criteria or physical sculpture in human form?

Yes . Experience is the best teacher. Once you have dealt with all kinds of humans in your life , you become a pro in judging people.

for some say that experience says it all. What if the best of best turns out to be the most evil and of course since being with you was a plus point showed his best negative side

I used to think i could be judge, jury and executioner all in one... but i am only that in my own field. In most other things i'm no more able to judge than my opponent. Experience is helpfull but suprise is also a highly likely tactic many will use.
In a normal society yea i can judge collective types and categories of many people but these are simply generalisations based on experience which is often limited.
In dog eat dog zones though making judgements are a lot easier... norms are pretty obvious and anythin beyond that can be summed up as unkown and therefore potentially hostile.

Judging is one thing and understanding people's personality is another. I know I can understand many people but should I judge them, I am not sure.

I think you can not fully judge one's inner self with just looking the face. But yes you can know a lot by studying their eye and facial expressions.
Like experienced teachers are good at it. They know when student knows the answer and when he is doesn't.

When I was doing my thesis, I came across a guy who was a business man. He told me kay insaan ko judge kerna namumkin nahi namukamal hota hai
just when you thought that u know that guy very well now and can trust… agar kuch aisa ho jaey to ap kehtay ho mein usay sahi terha samjh nahi saka… jis ki waja say sahi judge nahi ker paya houn… aur acha he huwa werna baad mein nuksaan uthana parhta
ab us nay kaha kay he did not judge him properly… ya ye bhi to ho sakta hai kay he did not understand his intentions
