it is fantastic for a flat stomach! it works on abs, cardio and stenght.
but girlies ( and maybe guys) its TOUGH you will grunting and sweating so do it when the fam is out.
My diet is 1200 calories which is right for me to lose weight. You should take away 500 from your BMR (basal metabolic rate) which you calculate online just search in google.

1 bowl porridge and juice, or boiled anda and wholemeal bread ( do not be eating white bread its bad for you) and maybe a yoghurt.
lunch:
salad with chicken or fish or prawns or whatever i feel like or soup, or tandoori chicken with no oil grilled
just be sensible and eat healthy!
lots of fruit

Whatever salan my mum cooks if im at home and salad- i dont eat carbs so no rice and bread for me. The only time i eat carbs is breakfast.
if im not at home its usually grilled fish and chicken and some salad or cous cous on the side.
I drink 8 glasses of water a day. You must drink loads it honestly helps you lose weight.
If you want to have a naughty snack it should not be more than 200 calories but dont have 1 every day.
Have one cheat meal every week. I save this for saturday nights where there are usually dawats.
Dont eat carbs before bed.
The rule is simple.
If you have an energy deficit you will lose weight.
so my BMR is 1800 which means if just sit all day my body uses 1700 calories in its normal functioning.
My diet is 1200 calories so im already in a deficit of 500! i excercise using the 30 day shred video i would say thats like 300-500 calories. so im in a deficit of 800!
so do you have only one piece of toast for breakfast....and you dont eat rice/bread/pasta/roti at all after that?
