iv got 3 acne spota on my chin area. i havnt had acne in almost a year and now i get 3 at once!!!

Medical researches doesn't support the idea that food can cause acne however I have personally experienced that eating is quite correlated. Also stress is definitely a factor. Solution is easier - drink milk and eat yogart, your acne should go away quickly.

Maybe its just the weather Nadz...Also, I feel you need to take a break from kidos and family and inlaws...get a dermalogica facial or something so you feel relaxed and it should help get rid of the acne too!

I’ve been having eggs regularly for breakfast and I just noticed a few pimples on my cheeks, usually my face is relatively clean.
I thought it was due to the increased egg and chocolate consumption as well.
I’m thinking eating fruits and drinking more water for the next few weeks will help.

Not sure about eggs but chocolate, coffee and sugar, yes they break me out all the time. :(

Its not proven medically but its possible as chocolate and egg (yellow) has high cholesterol. Check your diet if you get spots also from eating high cholesterol food like crisps and fried food then it may be because of grease if not then it might be something else.

^I have heard that from a lot of people but if you ask dermatologists, they say that chocolate has no affect on how much you break out. It's all about what you put on your skin and how clean your pores are. Interesting though.
For me, if I don't wash my face with an acne wash, my face starts breaking out. And whenever I am under a lot of stress, I see the difference in my skin.

Eggs can do it
To be honest with you, anything you're sensitive to can break you out. Certain fabrics can break me out.
You just have to learn to listen/pay attention to your skin and work accordingly.

Chin acne are commonly called as hormonal acne, they are horrible and seem unaffected by topical medicines,
but u calm down, and apply salicylic acid based medicine, and Neutrogena grapefruit face wash may help
Treating acne , it is always advised to our soaps to acne soaps, temporarily
