I beleive it is possible to cry under water.

In fact sorry if this sounds sick but some corpses shed tears many hors after they are confirmed dead.

So it would be no suprise if one could cry under water.

Beleive me bodies continue to shed tears, grow hair, grow nails, and even pass fluids long after death.

Bones like teeth and nails in some individuals particularly if they die young between 13-17 tend to continue to grow.

It's why some Slavic vampire legends arose becuase they often kept the bodies in public mourning for a few days before burial.
