Hmmm… Can’t say, really; the only retinol product I’ve ever used is DHC’s and I’d quite happy with it. Maybe you could find out which drugstore brands sell retinol based products and then vet the different products base on Makeupalley reviews.
It might help if you told us what you’re using the product to treat. Acne? Hyper-pigmentation? Signs of aging? Dullness?
