hey try this tip, my khala gave this tip and seemed to work my nephew. lay down yur baby on her stomach with a pillow underneath, so her legs and head will not be on pillow. now gently pat her back she will pass gass and get reliefed. hope this helps.
U mean osko oltay pait ke bal litao.. (her face down) rite?? ill try thanks
mall= i gave souf water, in the beg- bascially its literally 6 pieces of ajwain, and same amount sauf, boil in water-let it cool. give it to baby cooled with NO AJWAIN OR SAUF BITS
Mall- i see that SHE does not stick to a routine, but I am wondering what you have set down as routines for her. If you haven't already, pick a time that you feel SHOULD be her bedtime. Then set down certain things that she can associate with that time. A bath, retiring a certain room, a story, turnng off lights, a bottle, a song, etc. And then let her doze off. She may wake up every 5-20 minutes, but it may begin to help her to see this time as a different time of day. She's 7 months, it's the perfect time to sleep train her.
I know it must be hard on you, but be happy for your happy baby, and try to deal with whatever problem you can, one at a time.
you lay her down and she cries............but will fall asleep when you hold her straight. same as my son. this is reflux....and i've found a way to counter it. lay her on her tummy with a pillow underneath. boppy pillow or cuddleu works best which is what i use. right after he falls asleep in my arms i put a dupatta or chaadar of mine on the boppy pillow (so it smells like me and he doesnt realize im not holding him anymore) and he will sleep on it in the same position that i was holdin him in. ofcourse u have to monitor cuz of the risk of sids etc but as long his head is turned sideways there shouldnt be a prob :)
it doesnt matter, just say one glass or even 2....but you dont give the entire amount, u let it cool and give an ounce or 2 without the ajwain bits in it, just the water....its enough for a week.....
also can i ask do you sterilise her bottles.....? I KNOW in pak, sometimes they abit relaxed, some dont sterilise, ive seen it.hell ive seen my aunts here some of them cant be bothered to sterilise..
dont see it as imp.....
Also, about her temperament, my daughter is very similar. She wants someone sitting and playing with her constantly. She wants an audience or someone to chat with. One little movement would start her bawling. I think actually it was at its height around 6-9 months (which is also when separation anxiety sets in, so that may have contributed). Also I think this is just something she got used to, me or her father, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc sitting and playing with her. MashAllah she is surrounded and has almost daily visitors. I have gotten her used to it a little bit. We got the exersaucer (upon recommendation from khawa and other folks at GS) and she would play in that while I worked. I recommend getting a swing, or exersaucer, or something that she can be active in while you are working, and one that you can move around with you. Mine is a little bit too old for her exersaucer now, but I keep it in the kitchen and put her in it while I'm working in there. Now that she is able to sit up, I also have a comforter down on the floor of the living area, where she can see me. She sits on that and plays with her toys for a little bit, before she wants me to come back to her. I resist the urge to pick her up immediately. I'll sit and talk and play and sing and she gets distracted. Singing is really good, actually. Whatever songs and nursery rhymes you can think of. They get so caught up in listening (and eventually singing and acting along) that they aren't bothered that you are a few more steps away than usual.

i wouldn't give her ice cream. cow's milk and sugar is porbably not going to help her tummy issues.
ive given that to her only 2ce i guess... dusnt matter anyway cus no matter how hard i try and no matter how scared i m and cautious of givin her new items,.... she is still colicky. i dunno how long to keep her on cerlac or banana
