Its a strange thing that we often use to compete one to other like he is doing so good why aren’t you?
I think there can be some difference in state of mind or wisdom level and our this saying that WHY YOU ARE NOT DOING LIKE SECOND ONE? can be the cause of others self complex why we not appreciate ONE on that which one has in his hands… This question is irritating me … can you answer?

It's not the same always, but yeah sometimes it happens. There are many factors which contribute to comments like this. Life experiences and observation being two of them. How life experience plays a role? well, it's very straight farward; if the person making this comparision have witnessed the out come of such actions in past then he is justified in making such comparision.
