I want to download some old PTV dramas from youtube

This program will let you download them and it converts them right after downloading the videos into any format you desire (AVI/MPEG, etc..etc..). AVI is preferred, and i use it all the time.

It can also give you just the audio in MP3 format if you want that.

Real player is not so real , at my company it was banned because it has spyware , and adwere built into it.

I have a software ; YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER through which, I now have a collection of some 500 Videos of plays, songs and events.

You are required to be on the net...not necessarily logged in..all you have to do is collect the LINKS while on youtube..copy-paste them to the NOTEBOOK and after logging out..just copy them to YT.Downloader and click OK rest will be self explicit.

The YTD is available in CDs or at Internet shops all over Pakistan. I got it from Khadda Market-DHA, V last year.

5 16 GB USBs are full of YTdownloaded videos...

Install Firefox + the Youtube downloader plugin (add-on). All set. Save files on the run, no need to switch screens, etc, etc

  1. Install Real Player 11.

  2. Go to Youtube and start playing any video and move the mouse over to the video, you will see a button over the video Download This Video. click and download video.

Yes. Not exactly download but ya you can record them using "REAL" and can only run in REAL Player. Thats what I usually do.

Be sure to download AC3 Codec for voice because there are some higher level videos also.
