Just want to clarify captain, when I say mullah, I don't mean ulema and real scholars. I am talking about half molvis, that your find amongst general public, and unfortunately on the mimbar of many of our smaller mosques, especially in rural areas
Ah, so the laymen whom people might perceive as being knowledgeable. Well, I know a lot of this has been passed down since generations and people never bothered to find out what the real deal is about it.
@TLK..
I do agree what you are saying..it happens to me sometimes..maghrib couldnt be done in few min due to gues ir serving them etc...
But i am asking is this if you are living in a islamic country and you ve ease of performing prayer Alhamdulilah on time even with jammah..shouldnt we perform earlier rather than delaying it by giving work excuse
The salaat upon us decreed on stated time and there is no room for delaying it. However, in "Fiqhs", time of offering salaat may vary which I think with difference of half an hour maximum. But all the salaat are offered on due time.

Well obviously it's best to make salat with jamat when you have the opportunity (and it seems that your latest post is implying that). Although as long as the salat is done on time and if there is something with work keeping you busy at that time, like meetings etc. then you can pray as long as the defined time for that salat is still there.
