Can waxing during pregnancy cause stretch marks?

Hi,

I was just wondering if any of you girls noticed a simillar problem during pregnancy. I waxed my stomach about 3 times during pregnancy and i have loads of stretch marks…do you think it was the waxing that could have caused it?

Did anyone experience the same thing?

I doubt it, probbaly just the baby with the skin stretching, i have loads too, just keep it moisturied, or buy vitamin e cream or bio oil

^ So you didn't wax stomach during pregnancy? i have a feeling waxing made it worse????

waxing can cause hyper-pigmentation sometimes and if you did this while your skin was already stretched due to the baby then you could have some reason to suspect that this is the cause.

there is no any harm doing waxing during pregnancy,,,i used to do it n only dat stretched marks r in belly dat could b obvious( i have hardly any marks n so light)...
