Please do refer to an alim for authentic answers. However, from what I know, no, interest money cannot be used for zakat. You can give it out in Sadaqa without expecting any sawab for it. That is upto Allah SWT to decide, but you should not expect any return(in the form of sawab) on money earned from sources that are not authorized.

interest in haram and interest is not income.
