I think this is a lavatory for the pilots. No airline is that good enough to have mouthwash in the lavatories.

Mouthwash/window is not uncommonly found there.

The problem is that it is too clean! lol Never seen that clean toilet in a plane!

**ok ji...to, i'm here with the CORRECT answer. :)

as most of u guessed, it is the window in the washroom of the plane which is a lil odd. we normally do NOT see a window in the plane's washrooms. however, things are gonna change soon. now a window will be in all the washrooms of all the airliners. a suggestion to Boeing and Airbus Industries would be to place the toilet seat parallel to the window so passengers would enjoy the nature while attending to the "call of nature" :) agree?
