I agree with those that by seeing the picture one cannot tell if it is landing or touch and go.
'Touch and go' still is first flaring, then landing, then accelerating the plane and then take off.
The plane is not able to just touch the ground for a short time and take off since there is flaring in between with very low speed not enough to take off.
Now it can happen if the wheels are still above the ground, (not touching) then the plane can be quickly accelerated safely. People can call it touch and go too. But not exactly..It is called 'go around'.
Correct me if I am wrong please.
This picture in quality is great with shutter speed and zoom etc. :-)
