i have seen some good cases where there's usually an atmosphere of peace in the house and some very terrible cases where theres chukh chukh in the house all the time...even in so-called 'love marriages'...some of them between people who as individuals are very understanding and nice and sensible etc, but when together they are just not able to carry out their relationship properly...weird huh...
i donot think that it will work..
my dad is paki and mother is german..
they lived together for more then 25 years and now my mother decided to leave us and leave again in her old world...
we r all living with our dad...
sorry to hear that jiya, but it might not be just that simple and there will be alot of other factors involved
I’m so sorry to hear that Jiya. 
However, I’m sure there is a lot more to it than just cultural differences. I also have a German aunty who is married to my dad’s older brother and they have been married for nearly 40 years. They have their differences, but are still very much in love. It all depends on individual cases and circumstances.
