Never heard of a party talking about losing election for one single factor. But, I have seen the same party benefitting from one single factor leading to its’ formation of Government that fulfilled its complete term. It’s very peculiar how that works.
I don’t know which world you live in, over 7000 people have been killed during the past 5 years in karachi. The taleban were killing Shias and some other people during the period, now as the elections are nearing they have started killing their political opponents. This is a complete failure of Sindh government, does not matter how much you try to cover it.
Please post the stats of number of people killed in Karachi during the past 5 years, I am sure you will find them like you have done for suicide bombings. Besides PPP only has an issue in karachi (one seat)? There’s no issue in the rest of Sindh and punjab. The parties being targeted are Anp (kpk and karachi) and MQM (karachi) , good to see PPP coming to their support. But this violence would not have any bearing on the performance of the party in the elections.
Like I mentioned earlier the situation of punjab is fine, why isn’t ppp launching their campaign there?

Realistically PPP is the least affected by this violence, it’s mainly Anp followed by MQM (in karachi). Kudos to Anp for still carrying out their election campaign.

PESHAWAR: A blast targeting a rally of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Lower Dir’s Baba Gam village killed six persons and injured several others on Tuesday, DawnNews reported.
The blast caused by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near the vehicle of Zahir Khan the brother of Muhammad Zamin Khan, who is a PPP candidate from PK-96 constituency of Lower Dir – III.
Zahir Khan succumbed to his wounds suffered in the attack.
Emergency and rescue teams reached the site of attack and began efforts to shift the victims to medical facilities for treatment.
Security forces cordoned off the area as investigations began over the incident.
^ that’s unfortunate. I hope the next government (who ever forms it) would leave the country in a much better condition (security wise) where in all political parties (including these three) would be secure to launch their electoral campaigns.
