Bilawal will not return to Pakistan because the biggest terror he faces is his father and aunt because if ti was PPP he would have to canvass for he would have come to Pakistan. He probably does not want to associate himself with father and aunt looto pakistan party who are plotting how to ruin the country again for the next 5 years. The guy has some sense after all.

Again this is just speculation. There is not proof what you are saying. According to news item, he left Pakistan to save his life from TTP monsters.
