According to quran when allah says that killing one man is killing humanity no one gives two hoots about then then why do you think there is anyone holy enough in islam today who can give and implement such fatwa.

The people who want to kill others will kill others, no fatwa can stop them. Only way to stop them is to either educate them with modern education system or make them one of them 72 virgins.

The issue is these people get educated from Madrassah’s and they are influenced by Mullahs.

Not all the Mullahs are fanatics.My point is if there is a Fatwa that can influence all/majority of Muslims preachers,it can make some Positive changes.
