yesterday i slept for continous 13 hours and you cant even sleep for 6 hours. thats so bad.

After sometime you will be depended on injections, you need meditation.. always keep your mind cool and tension free for better health and relaxation. You should sleep atleast for 7-8 hours in a day :smokin2:
