If they are not following Sharia then they are not Sufi's, and that what I said that they are not called sufis.
The question about hair of Prophet (Pbuh), there are guidelines how to test it. And recently the test was done at Hazrat Bal in Occupied Kashmir when Idian army took the hair of Prophet (Pbuh) and after some time when they saw that the people are going out of control they returned it.
