Honestly from just listening to it, punjabi, hindko, seraki, pahari, potohari etc. all sound the same.

I think I can help, not the actual teaching of Saraiki, but I guess I'd be able to give you the Urdu/English equivalents, I've lived in Saraiki areas of Pakistan(Multan, Rajan Pur, Vehari) for quite a few years because of my father's postings, so I hope I'd be able to help.:)
