Such ki padaash mein soo baar meray hoonth (lips) sillay (stiched)
Magar Aik bhi lafz gonga (silent) nahi likha main ne

I am confused as to what you want. Explanation of the sheir or the full ghazal. If you want the complete ghazal, I am sorry about that. If you want to know what does this sheir means, I guess the poet tells that he was subjected to severest kind of torture for magnifying truth and facts (in his poetry). But in no case whatsoever, he ever penned even a single word that compromised on his style of stating truth and did not do straight talking.
