I have someone going to Pakistan who is looking for a nice, one-stop shop in Lahore which has most of the top designers. Is PFDC the place which will house most of the designers? Is there a list which states all the designers?

yes it is like that, they have all the major designers like karma, hsy, kamiar, mehdi, etc.
